Once a valid refund request is received, our technical team will verify the claim within **48-72 hours**. If approved, the refund process will be initiated immediately, and the funds will be credited back to your FastPayBD account or source of payment within 5-7 business days.
Any attempt to exploit this policy, such as repeatedly requesting refunds for different products, will result in the suspension of your account and future purchasing privileges on Course Hub.
